Revised JUSTICE OA2020 Roadmap

In 2019, JUSTICE published "Transformation from subscription model toward OA publishing model - JUSTICE OA2020 Roadmap" with the aim of clarifying the path to overcome the transition period until the OA publishing model is realized.

This time, we have revised the roadmap to reflect changes in JUSTICE's activities and circumstances since its publication.
