T&F proposed Read & Publish agreement to JUSTICE

Taylor & Francis (T&F) proposed Read & Publish agreement to Japan Alliance of University Library Consortia for E-Resources (JUSTICE) on August 30, 2022.

JUSTICE is an opt-in consortium. The members also can choose to contract neither the subscription-only agreement or the Read & Publish agreement.
