OUP proposed Read & Publish agreement to JUSTICE

Oxford University Press (OUP) proposed Read & Publish agreement to Japan Alliance of University Library Consortia for E-Resources (JUSTICE) on August 10, 2022.

JUSTICE is an opt-in consortium. The members also can choose to contract neither the subscription-only agreement or the Read & Publish agreement.
